Two bags of fresh baby spinach wilted in a stock pot with a tbsp of butter, dried onion flakes, garlic powder & black pepper Add 1 jar of drained & chopped artichokes Cook together on med-high heat for 10 min or until excess liquid evaporates In a microwave safe bowl, add 1 cream cheese & 1 block of feta cheese...heat for 1-2 min... Fold cheese into spin-arti mix This mix will fit in 2 oval casserole dishes Top with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and seasoned panko bread crumbs Bake for 10 min at 425f or until the bread crumbs toast up Renders 15 portions Enjoy! |
