3 lbs ground beef sautéed (drain excess grease)
20 oz of mushrooms added to beef
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup of sour cream
16 oz of cream of mushroom soup
20 oz chicken stock
1 cup of grated Parmesan and white cheddar cheese
boil 3 lbs (or your desired amount) of pasta for 7 minutes & drain
add to the pan and mix together
top with more Parmesan cheese & parsley
This would feed about 15 people but, if I’m lucky, there will be enough leftovers for their “after school” snack tomorrow!
