1 stick of butter
1 tbsp of thyme leaves
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp rosemary sprigs
1 pinch of salt
cook in a saucepan for 25 minutes on low heat until the garlic is golden and soft
With a potato masher, mash the cloves
Spoon over your grilled steaks and top with blue cheese crumbles and place in a 425F oven until melted (about 5 minutes)
