Juli’s Version:
1 quart Half n half, 1/2 quart heavy whipping cream & 1.5 bags of white chocolate chips. Heat in a large pot until the chips are completely melted.
With the other half of the heavy whipping cream, whip it with 3/4 cup of granulated sugar until “whipped”...but not a minute more, because if you over-whip your cream, then you’re headed down the butter route😂
Add a splash of peppermint schnapps and off to heavenly splendor you go!
