I found paella rice, saffron, squid ink & semolina flour....still waiting for the rice. I love trying new things & am excited to make squid ink fettuccine! Inspiration Equsls Creation! Xo j 💚 Marinate and season your brisket 2 days in advance!! Smoke for 6 hrs until 150f internal temp with hickory pellets! Cover and let rest for juicy tender meat!!! Home fried potato chips with garlic and cajun seasoning. Happy Smoking!!! Xo j 💚 How's your forearm strength??? For this creamy risotto, I used 10 oz vegetable stock, 2 cups fresh salsa, 1 cup fresh guacamole and about 5-6 cups water (in place of stock) High heat...stirring for 25 minutes....there should be a rolling boil the whole time...don't leave your pot or it WILL stick and burn. Ladle or pour liquid 1 cup at a time every 3-5 minutes, pending your temperature. At the end, pour guacamole, 2/3 cup jalapeño infused shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Season with salt & pepper as desired, sprinkle shredded cheese and cilantro over top with cut grilled chicken. 😋🍴 Try it....👍 Xo j 💚 Quick tip: When frying tortilla chips, I use my peanut oil for two batches....after the first batch, and once cooled, pour it into a container and seal, preventing moisture. Tip: if water, even a few drops get into the oil and you try re-heating it, let's just say splatter splatter splatter splatter....it's a no brainer for most...but, I thought: "it'll dissipate with the heat, right?!?" Nope! So, after getting burned in the shoulder and face three times as I was try to wipe the spots on the floor, back splash, stove and counter, a fresh batch of oil was used. Safety first is better than recycling and burning... Happy Cooking! Xo j 💚 Splash guards are helpful in reducing the clean up from oil pops.👍 It's worth it to make your own Korean bbq sauce....Google search a recipe👍😃 I loosely follow one from the Food Network. Season you (boneless) ribs with a blend of black pepper, sea salt, garlic & cajun seasoning. Place in a roasting pan and ladle the bbq sauce over top (about 1/2 cup...just enough to coat them). Cover with foil and place in a preheated 250F oven and let them cook for 10 hours or until fork tender. They are juicy delicious ribs! Dip in reserved bbq sauce and enjoy! No side dishes necessary😋 Happy Cooking!🍴 Xo j 💚 Sometimes it's just nice to have an Iron Chef judge "like" my Instagram photo! (Donatella Arpaia)🙌🙌🙌😜☺️🙈🙉🙊 Slow roasting Korean BBQ beef ribs today.🍴 Seasoned with a blend of sea salt, black pepper, cajun seasoning & garlic powder! Happy Saturday!! Xo j 💚 2 lbs of large raw shrimp (shells on) in a stock pot, seasoned with Badia Cajun Seasoning, seafood boil spices, sea salt, black pepper, garlic paste, olive oil, butter, cilantro, red onions, jalapeños, a dash of spice and a sprinkle of love! Happy Kitchen Creations!🍤 Remember, taste, season & repeat! Anyone can cook🍴 Xo j 💚 |
