I loosely follow one from the Food Network.
Season you (boneless) ribs with a blend of black pepper, sea salt, garlic & cajun seasoning. Place in a roasting pan and ladle the bbq sauce over top (about 1/2 cup...just enough to coat them). Cover with foil and place in a preheated 250F oven and let them cook for 10 hours or until fork tender. They are juicy delicious ribs! Dip in reserved bbq sauce and enjoy!
No side dishes necessary😋
