Recipe:
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1 stalk of garlic cloves
1 white medium onion
1/2 cup honey
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
3 shakes of red pepper flakes
s&p to taste
THAT’S IT!
Puree it and pour over pork (I had thawed the pork in cold water first) and cooked it on high heat for 8 hours.
Key to cooking rice: 2:1 2 cups of water to 1 cup of rice. Bring to a boil and cover for 25 minutes. Don’t open that lid...don’t do it! Why? You lose the “vacuum seal” of rice cooking ...just don’t do it & it will be perfect every time.

I popped over to the grocery store and picked up a few veggies to complement the heavy sauce.
Shredded carrots 1 handful
Sliced jalapeño
Cut scallions
A sliver of pear
A crunchy dehydrated banana chip
rice wine vinegar & olive oil (1:2 tsp)
Mix and garnish....
