One package of chicken cutlets
1/3 cup Italian dressing
1 cup panko bread crumbs
Mix together until all the chicken is coated
Pan fry until crisp on all side and finish cooking in a 350F preheated over for 15 minutes. Always season your cooked meat with salt & pepper to taste.
Sauté spinach tomatoes and mushrooms in the pan dripping with a dollop of butter and a tsp of garlic paste. Season with salt & pepper.
Boil your noodles of choice until al dente. Drain the water & mix your Alfredo sauce with the pasta and add the veggies & chicken. Sprinkle any excess crispy breadcrumbs (I set some aside before I sautéed the veggies) and Parmesan cheese overtop and off you go!
