One of my favorite summertime vegetables 😋
I'm new to the smoking arena ....so I solicited this key tip from my awesome veteran-smoker-neighbors! And, that is to smoke a brisket until the internal temp is 205F...~6-7 hours. Perfect! Xo j 💚 Low & Slow.... Dry Rub: 1/3 cup sea salt, 2 tbsp black pepper, red pepper flakes, Cuban seasoning, 1/3 cup garlic powder, 1 tbsp cayenne pepper, 2 tbsp dried parsley flakes & 1 tbsp Cumin. Pat into both sides of brisket. Marinate a minimum of 30 min. 275F/6 hours The last hour slather the top with homemade BBQ sauce! (The"burnt" ends were great!) Happy Sunday y'all 🍴 Xo j 💚 The most difficult part in starting a new company is getting your name out there. Let's show these hard working motivated folks a little love by purchasing some of their amazing jerky! I ordered....and can't wait to report back. Good luck guys! XO- j 💚 **(Btw, I've ordered twice!!! They are amazing and all the flavors are delicious!!!) Have to save & share! Two great pairings. Sounds & looks delicious. But, like, coconut & nutella, you either love guac or hate it. I'm a fan😋...with extra jalapeños! http://www.foodandwine.com/blogs/2014/8/28/7-ways-to-cook-with-tequila Kudos to the great lunch idea thinkers🍴 http://www.thirtyhandmadedays.com/2014/08/packed-lunch-ideas-for-adults/ They ask if anyone wants fried chicken now. Well, I ask: "Is there a wrong time for it?" |
