I saw a 15 second video clip for these burger cones and thought: "I'll do that!" So, I did. Josh uses pizza dough because it's sturdier. I didn't have any on hand nor was I willing to take the time to make some.....but I had crescent dough. Same concept but it doesn't hold up. If I were to make these again, I would use the pizza dough. I stuffed them with blue cheese, sautéed mushrooms, broiled bacon and topped them with sesame seeds. The burgers were seasoned with garlic powder & cowboy rub which made them perfectly delicious!

With leftover home fried tortilla chips, the girls and I made a quick puree of avocado, scallions & cilantro & salsa for this yummy plate of nachos. Just 5 minutes under the broiler and voila! Simple pleasures!
