1 bunch cilantro
2-3 tbsp of mango juice/purée
2-3 tbsp of peach juice/purée
1 tbsp (good squeeze) garlic paste
1 tbsp ("") lemon grass paste
1 tsp deli ground mustard
1.5 tbsp dry seasoning mix (turmeric)
1 tsp lemon juice
Food process. It renders 2 cups.
Pour 1/3 cup over raw protein for a minimum if 30 minutes.
Mix the remaining with chopped tomatoes, cilantro & red onions for salsa.
I made a roasted/smoked peach & pineapple salsa as well. Just added a few tbsp to the mix. Very versatile😃
