Burgers....keep it simple...for juicy burgers every time, buy 80/20 ground beef!
Mold 1/3 lb meatball sized burgers & take your thumb and press into the center. (That keeps the burger flat throughout grilling...yes, it works👍😋🍴) Season both sides with a sprinkle of salt, pepper & garlic powder.
Grill on high heat/400F until desired internal temp.
Top with homemade aioli, sautéed mushrooms & onions, roasted pablano, jalapeño & bacon relish, lettuce, tomato, onion & pickle....
