To make candied my walnuts:
Cook time: 10 minutes
1 large nonstick fry pan
1/2 stick butter
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 cups (2 bags) halved walnuts
Continually stir over medium heat until all of the ingredients are incorporated, melted & completely coat each walnut.
To cool, evenly spread over parchment paper on a baking sheet! (I'm out of paper; so, I used a cooling rack instead!)
Enjoy in salads or as a tv watching snack!
