I whisked a dressing together and it goes like this:
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp scallions
1 tsp lemon grass paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp dill paste
1 tbsp my spicy seasons olive oil (you could add red pepper flakes if you like heat)
A dash of black pepper & sea salt to taste
Whisk well & use as a salad dressing with chopped romaine lettuce and then a tsp over the plated salmon.
Season your proteins well to make every dish impeccable!
