Easy recipe (30 min)
2 proofed dough balls
Peanut oil (1/2 container)350F
Shallow fry pan
1/2 inch cut pieces (stretched)
Fry until golden on both sides
Place on a cooling rack & dust with powder/confectioner sugar
Serve with maple syrup!
