Well, she's a sassy six now!! Her dinner request was chicken wings. So, we headed to the store & I was completely distracted (of course) by the 1/2 off boneless chicken thighs. I stocked up on those and....completely forgot to pick up the wings!!! So, now, we are having spicy boneless chicken nuggets!🔥🐓😋🍴
I highly recommend Tony Chachere's "famous creole cuisine" fish & chicken fry! It's so flavorful and has a nice kick to it!
4 packs of skinless boneless thighs, cleaned and cut into 3's
1/2 cup of garlic powder and sea salt mix spread evenly over pieces
1.5 cups of chicken fry dry mix to make the final coat.
Let it marinate for as long as needed and fry in peanut oil (medium deep sized fry pan or small metal stock pot...chicken should be fully covered by oil, when frying) about 3 min per side/pending size.
