Yep!!!! You need to try these...and quickly. I always thought they'd be "fishy" and the idea of a sausage link and fish just didn't compute, until today! I thought: "Why not?" And, my tummy is so happy I made that knee-jerk choice!
Simply sauté your links in a non-stick fry pan with a tbsp of butter. Season with a dash of sea salt and cajun seasoning on both sides. Sear until evenly golden and top with sriracha and mayo in a pillowy roll. There's an exterior crunch from the casing and a sweetness in each bite of seafood!
