Say that three times fast! 60 raw jumbo shrimp Marinade: 1/2 cup Summer Shandy beer 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp cilantro paste 2 tbsp garlic paste 2 tbsp garbanero sauce 1 tbsp chile paste 12 tbsp honey 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp black pepper 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes *garbanero sauce is from The Pepper Palace *the pastes are Gourmet Garden (by refrigerated salad dressings @ your grocery store) Marinate for 30 min Cook (2 cups) rice in 1/2 cup Summer Shandy, 1/3 cup mandarin orange juice & 1 cup water for 20 min & add 1 tbsp cilantro paste. Sautee shrimp in marinade & oranges. Take shrimp out & let marinade reduce for a sauce. Plate rice, shrimp & sauce. Top with toasted cumin seasoned rice noodles! Enjoy! Fresh is ideal but, utilizing canned foods the right way, can make for delicious dishes...especially if you're on a budget. It's all about elevating & transforming!🍴 Xo j 💚 A cast iron pan & fried chicken!!! Cluck cluck 🐔😋🍴 Yum! 2-thin crust pizza rounds 1.5 cups "leftover" meat sauce 1 lb cooked ground sage sausage 1 cup pepperoni rounds 1 cup feta cheese 1 cup cojita cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Olive oil Dusting: 1 tsp of---red pepper flakes, rosemary sprigs, Italian seasoning, oregano, garlic powder & fresh black pepper & sea salt Preheat your oven 425f On a baking sheet place one crust, drizzle olive oil and dust with black pepper & sea salt. Cover in sauce, sausage, pepperoni, feta & Parmesan cheeses with a few sprigs of rosemary.
