Try my croquette recipe:
4 cups of mashed potatoes
1 cup of milk
1 cup of sautéed onions & garlic (2 large diced white onions & 1 whole garlic bulb (5-6 cloves)
1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp of My House Blend Seasoning
3 cups of mozzarella cheese
2 cups Panko & Italian bread crumbs mixed
2 eggs whipped with a pinch of the House Blend
Step 1)
In your stand mixer
potatoes
onions & garlic
milk
cheese
Step 2)
use an ice cream scooper to form the Croquettes
Step 3)
Roll in egg mix & then through the breadcrumbs
Step 4)
Place on a baking sheet & put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Step 5)
Fry in peanut oil (350F) until crispy
Serve with the buffalo chicken dip.
