I mixed 2 chocolate cookie crusts with a half of a stick of melted salted butter and molded 2 non-stick pans....
(Yes, you can make your own...but I didn’t)
2 rolls of peanut butter cookie dough spread evenly over the crust.
Bake 350F/20 minutes or until golden...
Let cool.
Spread a layer of peanut butter frosting:
1 cup confectioners sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 stick of melted butter
1-4 tbsp of water as needed to get that smooth silky consistency.
Then layer butter cream frosting over top and sprinkle peanut butter chips over top.
This will cure your sweet tooth. It’s beyond decadent ...keep a glass of cold milk nearby.
