My “problem” is that I LOVE food. If obesity were a trend and didn’t negatively impact my health, I’d be the first one in line....😂 Needless to say, I believe having what you want in moderation (and like Julia said “even moderation in moderation”) is the key to success. Cutting the eating time out at 6 pm, eating 3 or more small meals a day and exercising in the morning is helping me reach my goal.
Tonight, while the kiddos destroyed their chicken, salad and Hawaiian sweet rolls, I thoroughly enjoyed a crunchy chopped salad topped with a rotisserie chicken breast portion. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be a miserable experience.
I’m so picky about “prepared” salad and picking up e-coli (there has been a “romaine lettuce” e-coli breakout recently...be careful).
