With a 'partial' bacon (Wright's peppered) lattice top...partial because I'm too impatient and scrapped the rest of it :) So, this one is everything but the kitchen sink...really, it is! 2 lbs of "meatloaf" mix (lamb, pork, beef) & 1 lb of ground pork 2 eggs 2 cans of Hunt's seasoned sauce for meatloaf...one for mix & one for the bottom of pan 1 1/2 cup crumbed ritz crackers 1 tsp garlic powder, salt, pepper 1 bag of frozen stir fry veges & 2 cups fresh spinach...sautéed first and added to the meat (veges optional but add great flavor Coat a roaster pan with the 1 can of sauce... pour & shape the meatloaf. Lattice the bacon...if you will ;) Bake 400 for an hour Serves 8-10 Calories? Not counting! Happy cooking Xo j Quick fried thin sliced bread dough loops....about 6 seconds on each side...oil temp should be 350f. If you don't have a thermometer, test the oil by dipping the dough in. If it bubbles, it's ready. Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar & 3/4 cup maple syrup. If you need to thin it out, add 1 tbsp water & stir. Continue until you have a "drizzly" consistency. Bacon: maple flavored thick cut bacon. Dice & fry in a separate pan. Set aside on paper towel. Fry the donuts & rest them on paper towel to wisk away the excess oil. Dip them in the maple glaze Sprinkle bacon on top Best eaten warm! Happy cooking... Xo j Mini fudge brownie bites with frosting, malted eggs & topped with a peep!!!
