Smother in Carolina mustard BBQ sauce and dig in! Start to finish: 20 min-not bad :) Serve in NY style buns Renders 8 servings I love playing in the kitchen! Step 1: In an 8x8 Pyrex, firmly press down 2 cups of crushed Oreo cookies mixed with 1/2 stick melted butter. Step 2: Take one package of peanut butter pull apart cookies and place them over the crust. Sprinkle with peanut butter chips and bake for 25 min/350F Step 3: In a separate bowl beat 1.5 cups powder sugar, 3/4 stick melted butter, 1/3 cup Nutella & 3/4 cup peanut butter. That's your frosting! Yes, this is a very decadent dessert. Frost when cookie cools. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Cut into 2-bite squares. An 8x8 renders 25 pieces. Start to finish prep-baking time-35 min. I don't care for baking...but this one came to me a year ago and it's my go-to-dessert when I'm asked to bring a sweet treat.
