I’m just going to say....read the screen shot for the recipe. I’m too tired to re-type it. I love fresh cucumber salads in the summer. And this was filling and delicious.

When I say “shake shake” you say....
It’s hard for me to translate my recipes onto black and white ....they aren’t exact measurements. I cook and season to taste. If it needs more, I add a little more...and so on. But, just imagine pulling out your basic salt & pepper, ground garlic & your go-to seasonings. We shake shake from side to side & that’s how I’m going to describe my measurements from here on out. 1 shake shake ... shake squared .... triple shake ... That might make it easier if you can envision the hand eye movement. Again, some like it spicy or salty so it’s up to you. Just taste as you go. Sometimes I mix my dry spices in a separate bowl and use that blend as my base flavor. Add as you cook. And taste before you serve. Shake on friends!😬 Xo j 💚 I’ve never been a huge fan of stuffed peppers but this recipe is easy, fun for the kids & worth a try. And...delicious. At the end of the day, if it’s not good, I don’t post it. ;)
I bought purple bell peppers at the farmer’s market last week...along with ground pork & beef. Yesterday, I made burgers & stuffed peppers. I pulled out the remains ricotta cheese mix I used to fill the zucchini flowers & marinara sauce. FUN FACT: When you cut the pepper tops off, keep the circular edge and discard the stem. They will be used for the base of your peppers in your Pyrex dish. They stabilize the peppers & prevent burned bottoms. :) Fill the peppers with a tbsp of cheese mix (ricotta, Parmesan & mozzarella -salt, pepper & garlic) Spoon in a tbsp of the blended & seasoned ground pork & beef. Top with a tbsp of chunky marinara & cover with tinfoil. Bske 450F for 30 minutes. Take foil off and fill each pepper with mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for 10 more minutes. Take out & enjoy. Xo j 💜 A sweet reminder💕.....the recipe for a wonderful life! Are you ready for it? Get your pen & paper out😉
