2 sliced roasted red pears🍐 (475F/10 min per side) drizzled with olive oil, salt & pepper 1 sliced shallot---sautéed in olive oil with s&p 6 cups spring mix salad 1/2 cup dried blueberries & cranberries 2/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese Dressing: 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar s&p to taste (Was out of walnuts...but would have added them 😉) Mix & plate....yum! If you don't, your pizza dough ends up like biscuit dough👎 I hadn't used my kitchen aid mixer in years....so, I pulled her out and dusted her off. I had hoped I followed the directions well but....the dough had too much water and not enough flour. Oh well.... I followed the below recipe (pics) from a quick google search for pizza dough. I'm no baker for a reason😉 Cheers to the best bakers!👍 Xo j 💚 6 cups of cereal 1.5 sticks butter Extra large marshmallows (1 giant bag😋 ~20 extra large or 40 regular sized) 1 tsp vanilla extract Melt butter, marshmallows and vanilla extract until smooth & add cereal. To prevent sticking, coat nonstick pans with butter and pour warm treats in 2-3 pans. With a plastic spatula, press firmly to mold treats. Cover with plastic wrap & let cool. with that same spatula, cut desired pieces. Enjoy! Favorite ooey-gooey treat! Xo j 💚 Just 1 mandolin...5 washed Idaho potatoes...and peanut oil for frying. Carefully thinly slice each potato & pat dry. In a shallow cast iron or high heat resistant fry pan, fill half way (1-1.5 inches) with peanut oil. Heat until 350F or until edges of a potato peel start to bubble. Fry until golden brown & place on a rack in s roasting pan (to drain excess oil). Seasoning: 2 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp sea salt 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning Sprinkle the hot chips with a dash if seasoning & you're ready to serve! Happy Cooking!
