All you need:
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 large cloves of garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Sautéed in a large fry pan
When tomatoes start to pop, add a large tub of fresh baby spinach.
Add 10 oz of rinsed great northern white beans.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
