Preheat oven 425F & roast for 20 minutes
Parchment paper line a baking sheet
Cut two heads (pending your party head count) of cauliflower and rinse any excess dirt.
In a small bowl:
1/3 cup light extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp HOT Ethiopian spice mix
1 tbsp Ethiopian spice mix
1/2 tsp Juli’s House Blend Seasoning Salt
Whisk & pour over cauliflower
Place on sheet & roast away!
If you don’t have Ethiopian spice mix (and, let’s face it, most people don’t 😂), but you like a spicy smoky flavor, try this: 2 tbsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic & mix with oil & the House Blend ...it’s definitely not the same but it will have a delicious bold flavor.
