She requested peach pies for tomorrow! So, off we go.
This time, we used frozen peaches and for the crumble:
1 cup per pie:
Evenly mix
Golden raisins 1/2 cup
Pecans 1/2 cup
Kind honey oat clusters 1.5 cups
Brown sugar 2/3 cup
I don't have time to write all that we did...but, we took 6 bags of frozen peach slices, dusted them with 1/2 cup if flour, 1 tbsp of cinnamon, 1/3 cup brown sugar & 3/4 cup white sugar
Sauté the mixture.
Prest the oven to 375F
Place your pic crusts in the oven for 10 min
Fill the crusts with the sautéed peaches, put back in the oven for 40 more minutes (loosely covered with tin foil).
Best eaten hot out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
