In May, I was told that I had Lupus and my blood pressure was 159/101. I couldn’t get into a rheumatologist for 3 months and decided to treat this on my own. After the realization that all autoimmune disorders are curable by reducing the inflammation in my body, I researched foods that were considered anti-inflammatory and started incorporating them into my daily diet. I also started taking Vitamin A, D3 (5000units) and a probiotic to heal the inflammation in my gut and regenerate the good bacteria that had been wiped out.
My labs were redrawn at the end of August and all of them were within normal limits. And, to top it off, my blood pressure this morning (and I do get white coat- yes, even nurses get anxious going to the doctor) was 119/73!!!! The rheumatologist congratulated me and in a low tone said: “Most people just want a pill to “cure” them, when in fact it’s what we put into our body that determines our health.” I said that I wished we had a better health and nutrition system in our country.
Cure yourself. I’m happy to help so feel free to reach out anytime.
