6 boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced in 4s (24 tenders)
Season:
1 tbsp chipotle powder
1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 tbsp sriracha sea salt
1 cup buffalo wing sauce
Let them marinate for 30 minutes or more.
In a medium sized fry pan, heat peanut oil to 350F
Pour 1 cup of flour over chicken & coat each piece.
Fry for 8 minutes
Serve 2-3 tenders in between a hunk of soft Italian bread with 1 tbsp of ground mustard, a scoop of honey lime slaw & a handful of fried peppers & shoestring onions!
