6 chicken breasts
3/4 Louisiana hot sauce
On high for 3 hours
Shred chicken
In a microwaveable bowl, add 2 packages of cream cheese, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 stick of butter & 1/4 cup more hot sauce. Heat for 3 minutes, then pour mixture over shredded chicken. Season with a tsp of garlic powder & black pepper. Garnish with scallions & a sprig of cilantro.
Renders ~5 cups (enough for 8-10 people)
