The key to stuffed shells is the ricotta mix.
1.5 cups of whole milk ricotta
1 tbsp of garlic paste
1 egg
1 cup of low moisture mozzarella cheese
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp of my roasted garlic shiitake salt (well🤷🏼♀️)
Mix well & pipe desired amount into cooked pasta shells.
Bake 350F/20 minute or until cheese is melted.
I browned ground beef and layered that in between the shells.
