Super Easy....
In a food processor:
1 tbsp ground deli mustard
1 bunch scallions
1 tbsp lemongrass paste (in produce dept)
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Spoon a tbsp of marinade over rinsed and patted dry salmon.
Traeger grill: set to smoke for 10 min & switch to 350F. Place foil (in leu of cedar plank) on grill & salmon steaks. Smoke for 30 min.
