Frying Japanese Sweet Potato Chips!
I used my mandolin, on the lowest setting, to make these chips. Clean 3 medium JSPs, leaving the skin on.
They were yummy...
Mixed:
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sriracha sea salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chipotle powder
Fry in peanut oil for about 2 min per side or until lightly browned.
Place on a paper towel lined baking sheet to collect excess oil. Season as soon as you take them out.
3 medium JSPs rendered ~10 servings.
