This week I slow roasted 3 large pork loins. On Thursday, I made pork egg rolls. Saturday, I grilled pork & Cajun slaw pumpernickle sandwiches. And, today, it's pork fried rice!
3 cups cubed pork
6 cups cooked rice (of your choice)
2 cup shredded carrots
2 cups snap peas
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1tsp ginger (powder)
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flaked
1 zested lime & juiced lime
1 cup sweet & sour sauce
1 palmful of chopped cilantro
Pan fry all of your ingredients & serve.
Renders about 10 servings
