This week was crazy busy for some reason in the nursing world....and, I'm proud to say: "I applied for a second job and completed ✅ ACLS training today!" I can officially save lives in an advanced way! So, food was on the back burner -literally! I found a large bunch of cilantro and parsley this afternoon and it needed saving too! I pulsed each separately with about 3/4 to 1 cup of olive oil, 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice, 1/2 tsp sea salt and 4 garlic cloves. Place each batch into an easy squeeze container and use as a marinade on meats and fish or just about anything. And, the best part, it will last another week!
