1 non-stick fry pan
1/3 cup olive oil to coat the pan
High heat
Line a plate with paper towel to soak up the excess liquid from the scallops (both sides)
Season: 2 tsp of sea salt over top and bottom
1/2 tsp or sprinkle desired amount over each side
1/2 tsp saffron sprinkled over both sides
Place each one with space between each and let them cook for about a minute. Flip when golden and add 2 tbsp butter.
Pour excess olive love oil and butter over the plates scallops and ENJOY!
