So, I saw a 30 second snip-it on the Food Network and thought "Oh yeah, this is happening!" So, I experimented with my friends at work, yesterday and this pumpkin dump cake is a crowd pleaser....and great for the upcoming holidays!!! Try it!! I didn't look up their recipe....the below is mine.👍
1- 32 oz can of pumpkin puree (not pie mix)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup granulated (white) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix ingredients and pour into crockpot
Open a dry white cake mix (use 2/3 mix) and evenly pour over pumpkin mix.
Melt 1 stick of butter and cover the cake mix.
1 cup pecans scattered on top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours and reduce temp to KEEP WARM.
Scoop out into individual bowls and top with vanilla bean ice cream.😋🍴😋
Servings: 8-10
