I have been calorie counting (and the Noom app says) 88 meals thus far. I lost 10 lbs and put a few back on because my discipline level went offline for a few weeks...😬🤫 but, I’m back baby! To help, I also stopped logging my daily “activity” until the end of the night because it would automatically recalculate my food calories and give me more. When trying to lose weight, don’t eat your earned activity calories. I’ve got a goal and I’m plugging away. It’s definite a marathon, not a sprint. Oh, yes, I can’t sprint these days or run, due to an active and first time case of shin splints. Good times. I hate getting older. It takes so much more energy to get things accomplished.
