Smoke or grill some wings on Super Bowl Game Day!
I made these in October & they were a hit!
In a sauce pan:
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup honey
1 orange zested & juiced
1 tbsp sesame seeds (or to taste)
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup cut scallions
1 tbsp of diced/minced ginger or, if you don't have fresh ginger, you can use a powdered version.
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sriracha sea salt
1 tbsp fresh cracked pepper
Whisk taste whisk ...too bland? Add salt. Too salty? Add citrus & water.
Bring to a boil & let simmer.
Wings: season with salt & pepper
Bake: 425F/1 hour
Smoke: 325F/1 hour
Pour sauce over wings & devour!!
